It would be nice if we could just include the original in this new one.

But saying that give me 12 and maybe 13 if I can combine them into one. Where can we get the lot sizes?

I figured the building to be along the lines of a larger toy store? The over sized chess pieces would help to identify the building, make it unique along with the checkerboard pattern.

Nothing from me for a few weeks now until I'm set up in Australia. But I will be back, just from down under.
