Sales were never that good for shappire. Many were carried over from the original 55 storey downtown plaza. I don't think anybody will ever know if the project would have succeed from an economically viable point of view. - ice

The FourSeasons project should be successful. Its where well to do 50 to 70 somes want to live. Will be a big player in architecture and skyline as the city pulls away from a 5 million populance. Despite some shortening from original proposal this is a massive building for area. In some ways I don't blame city planning. Now if we could just get Aura through that department not too badly scathed. - ice

Maldive, you stall have this all in layers, would it be possible to make the cityplace tower a little more blue? I realize Montage will be red but the rest are more blue, silver and aqua.

Whistler, I didn't even know the creature was here in this thread... someone should post the updated one.

Less is more - I played down Signature, I know it disappears somewhat, because I was trying to teach myself some ultra-realism, that is to say, buildings that belong in the pic. Signature obviously belongs and some (like FeSTIVAL tOWER) are indulgences that I will pick away at to improve realism.

That said, if you want some crystal meth... I mean crystal blu, on Signature, I check the Benjamin Moore's in the basement and give it one coat at least. ;-)

Follow-up: Whistler, here's a zoom in on Festival Tower. Proportions are correct to the elevations but clearly there's work to do on the "realism" front.

EDIT:

shit, I just realized you said cityplace tower, not Signature. What were you referring to? HVEs aren't blue/aqua and West Ones are silvery-brown-black like aviator sunglasses.

I was in Toronto a week ago and was really shocked to see how fast Metropolis is going up.

Other than Dundas Square and Metropolis, does the city have any other plans for Younge and Dundas?

wow if Luna and Montage are really going to be like that, they will really make city place a much better place...

I wonder how a 75 story Rocp 3 will look. I see 60 stories for that max though.
