Some units have been popping up for rent on Kijij. So I guess people are starting to move in to this development.

People definitely are living in here now. I was out flying my drone last week and saw a couple out on their balcony enjoying the sunset.

I've seen them going up and down the building finishing the paint job. They're just behind a bit, they'll get to it. It was just a panel that didn't get painted before leaving the warehouse.

I don't like how the glass curtain wall on the upper levels doesn't really blend into the painted precast panels very well. It looks unfinished.

I'd give it a solid 6/10 for looks. It's a bulky boi tho.
