There's quite a bit of finishing going on. Not much to take photos of since it is generally inside, but I can tell you that the cladding on the exterior looks like it will be grey and green. It doesn't look horrible, but doesn't look great either. It is certainly better than the renders on page 12, which show lots of concrete.
Also, they have taken the roof off of the Eastbound escalator and stairs, as that will be heavily integrated with the development itself. Right now it is just set up with plywood over top, but I anticipate that integration will accelerate as a result.
Many escalators and such are being installed, and they appear to be readying to pave the area where the bus loop will be. I'm still hoping for an October/November completion, but stores probably won't be open until January or February. Only 2 years behind schedule, not too bad.
