Some of these pictures are amazing!

This thing is so preposterously thin, in the best of ways.

The level of finish is also pure brilliance.

Its architecture at its best.

^ It's always amazing to me how thin this building is.

^Whoa. The glass apparently steps out towards Central Park by a few inches at each mechanical level.

It's very subtle.

It amazes me how such an unassuming base can support a tower that breaks the mold, changes the game and drops the jaw all at once.

We don't know yet. It will be a tower developed by Vornado, probably residential, but they have yet to offer details.

This site (in blue) is Sedesco. Vornado has the site east of here (green).

I'm thinking another supertall will be built there! Seems to be the trend on the ever-growing Billionaire's Row! By the end of the year, New York is gonna look a lot like Blade Runner at night! The front of 111 is gonna be beautiful once the rest of the glass and crown are installed! Those renders we've seen won't do it justice!

Most likely, because the Park Lane sits directly north, and will also be developed into a tower with views of the park. I wouldn't look for any construction in the near future, but plans can always take shape.

Is there a timetable anywhere on when this one will be complete or lit up? Looks like the crown should be done by the end of the month, but who knows how long it'll be before all the lights and cladding are finished!
