Precisely.

I've been on a tonne of roadies to MTL and then 25 or so trips to US for college and all the major sports. Have yet to see a car that had decals of two main rivals on it.

Maybe someone in Red Deer has Flames and Oilers. Or someone in Kingston has Leafs and Sens/Habs. St. Catharines would be a good candidate for Leafs and Sabres.

And I should be more specific, any other NHL cities rolling out their donuts yesterday as well? And do they only do it for the start of the season and playoffs or for the whole season?

Sask is definitely a candidate for most sports team themed items in this country. Similar to college towns where Walmart sells Ohio State branded dildos.

^ I saw Jets donuts at Tim's on Tuesday... I assume everyone gets them at the same time? They had them last year too... but I'm not sure if they were around all season. I'm not much of a donut guy but it appears that Tim's almost always has some kind of special donut on offer...

Would make sense. They could print a logo of anything and slap it on a donut and I'd be tempted to buy it. Even a swastika. I'd just associate it with its original meaning.

I was gonna predict that Vancouver will be better than everyone thinks and competes for a playoff spot, but then I realize they still have basically a bunch of backup goalies.

Came across this in Mississauga during my car search a few months ago. Wasn't for sale. But the owner should be invited to follow the team bus on the parade route up Yonge come summer time.

Also, a few years ago I saw a minivan at Bramalea City Centre in Brampton decked out in various sized logos all over of only original 6 teams.

A swastika donut at Tim's would make for one hell of a memorable Buddhism Awareness Month promotion

Last night was a bad win for the Leafs and a good loss for the Habs. Without Price the Habs would be in serious trouble. He is one of the best goalies in the league. I hoping the Leafs step up their game come Saturday.

At my HS in Brampton, we had a bunch of exhibits displayed in the lobby for cultural history projects or whatever. One of them had the swastika featured prominently.

Of course, some mom went into the office complaining about what she just saw. I assume she didn't read notes beside the image.

Pretty typical season opener for the Flames, that's 0-8-1 in the last 9 openers lol.

Mike Smith's new mask pays tribute to Mike Vernon, pretty sick!

5-1 spoils the Blues' home opener. Hellebuyck should win the Vezina for that game alone!

But does it compare to Connor Hellebuyck's new mask featuring an ice fishing Dustin Byfuglien on the side?

Humour always wins for me. Surprised the Capitals pushed Pittsburgh to overtime in a 7-6 game after the opening night banner and everything.

That was a pretty thorough beatdown by Gudbranson.

Marchand on Eller was a beatdown.

Hamonic got caught once at the end of the fight he never should have started.

Hamonic landed a couple good ones to start that fight, he even knocked Gudbransen down. Once Gudbranses got settled a bit, Hamonic was in trouble.
