I see 'density redistribution' on there. Its interesting to see this kind of like NYC, except limited to each lot. So basically for most of these lots, you can take the maximum floor area as the max buildout to the alleway/lot line x 9 stories, and then translate that total density/total floor area into a 25 storey tower with whatever podium space is remaining in your 'density' calculation.
I have NO problems with very tall buildings along this stretch, but variegation and appropriate commercial/community space on the ground floor is needed to make it human scaled, rather than downtown Slater Street.
