Thanks
the history is..
Campo Belo was a typical neighborhood of São Paulo, formed by houses, wide streets and lots of green tranquility. As everything changes very fast in the city, the neighborhood just kept this feature for a little while, some avenues have emerged and in the decades of 70/80 the first buildings. In the 2000s some office buildings began to appear.
More recently, two new metro lines and proximity to the new financial center of the cityvalued the region. Builders demolished entire blocks with very aggressive ... in five years DOZENS of buildings began to rise and suddenly the quiet middle-class neighborhood has gained a new dynamic. Well, this is a very short history, limited by my bad english ahhahaha
Sao Paulo is this, a city built on herself, and the result is a contrast between small houses, old buildings and new towers of 40 floors
Good or bad, this is SP hahahaahha and a year ,with two metro stations opened, will probably change again
There is life on the streets, bars, stores,etc,.. and the residents are 10 minutes from the new financial area of the city. So many foreigners live here, the neighborhood gained luxury shopping.. but if there is something positive that the lower part called 'Old Brooklin'is still preserved as a Z1 - exclusive housing area
Today is this 'green sea' which increase the view of the new buildings
