Do we expect the process of getting the crown up to go fairly quickly, or will this be a more drawn out thing?

Is the crown going to be 100% decorative, or will it have a few steps or even floors that people can climb?
Makes me wonder if one of those skyscraper scalers will attempt to climb this via the facade to the top and than parachute off of it?

Rest assured, I'd be willing to bet folks are going to try to climb this, and CPT.

If one does do it, I suppose they could parachute into Central Park. They did so with 1 WTC and some teens climbed 432 Park.

Sorry for being unclear, but I was asking about ladders or stairs inside the crown, that people can climb up to perform repair work for example. The slanted objects in the drawings below could conceivably be ladders. Looks like the crown will have 13 floors. Do they count toward the building's 85 floors?

Something like this...but I think this has been altered slightly.

Third time you asked, no one here knows exactly but it could be. They're done pouring concrete and the steel crown will rise next
