I'm not so sure about that. The site is large, but not unusually large for an office building. It's smaller than most sites on the west side, and even Bofa didn't get the level of attention this is getting. I'm leaning more towards the rareness of such a site in the Grand Central district, which rarely sees major new construction. Just wait until it gets 100 foot or so. You'll see even more people looking up. As they should.
