- $21 million: Direct tourist spending per year

It's Niagara, not Niagra. The template calls for CAPITAL letters in the city name, and building height.

They will get built because this proposal has been approved, but it will be at least 8 months before construction begins.

I'm guessing by the lack of any updates, constructions didn't actually start in August did it?

Not yet, but I've seen workers on the site. The old hotel still has to be demolished. August was never the official time to start, it was just the earliest that they thought they might be ready to start.
