Try using Imageshack, Flickr doesn't allow hotlinking I think(we can't see the pics).

I use Flickr with no problems, so it's something else. Maybe you did not copy the link properly?

Thanks very much for the comments.
I had originally planned to do a New Your City skyline but my 500mb RAM laptop wouldnt go with me on that one. Plus its easy to get photos of the Chrysler Building but not so easy to get photos of buildings next to the Chrysler Building...
No I havent done the base, might do later, maybe.
Cheers, Matt.

I dont really get much time to do any modelling (about 4-5 hours a week) so by the time I do another building this thread will probably be lost in the ether.
I am in the process of modelling the Duchess of Sutherland (a steam locomotive) which will take six months I think (I want to do every rivet!) plus I am trying to learn Cinema 4D as well (its, er, a bit more complicated than SketchUp - I may be too thick for it.)
But I absolutely love architecture and especially tall buildings so will definitely do another. I dont know what though, I mean the Chrysler is beautiful, what else compares? Something by Frank Lloyd Wright maybe? Maybe the Eifel Tower? Any suggestions.
I must also take this opportunity to say how impressed I am with the SKUP models I see on this site by you guys - very, very impressive. Some of you must be architects or studying architecture...
Cheers, MaAtt.

Hey you got skills !

I'd much rather see Chrysler finished before seeing any others.

Hi.
Thanks for your kind words.
Not that long to be honest, this is only my second proper model.
I've done a lot of basic stuff for work.
Its a great program and I'm learning all the time.
Not sure I will do the base now, dont really have time plus I wanted to do it as a peice of art as opposed to an accurate model.
Cheers, MaAtt.
