I can't find any existing discussion about this project. It was approved by development agreement last summer by Halifax & West Community Council. It's a 8-storey / 55 unit residential development with ground floor commercial and underground parking at
205 Bedford Highway which is at the intersection of Flamingo Drive. The developer is Pathos Properties Ltd and the architect is Paul Skerry. The development agreement requires 18 units to be affordable housing. The demolition permit for the existing building was issued last week.
