I had just asked the question of where that third crane came from but then I read The Ravines and got the explanation. If anyone read that post please disregard.

No photo this time but they are working on the exterior wall and the bricks are sitting on top of the retaining wall. Once they start the bricklaying it shouldn't take long to finish.

Looking at the colour and materials being used for anyone interested in how this might turn out should look at the Terrace Building down near Larry Uteck.

Looking at this one the other evening coming down the Hammonds Plains rd I really liked it. It didn't seem out of place and the exterior color worked better than I had thought it would.

It is not many storeys high, but from this view it looks like an 8 - 9 storey building. It is very interesting for a low-rise building.
