That is actually a good start, and when you have a more finalized drawing all you have to do is scale it accordingly to the two different heights. You can call the two different renderings the Biblical Tower of Babel (Baruch) and Biblical Tower of Babel (Jubilees) according to their respective sources for height.
Here are some updated forms I made for the two different renderings.
------------------------
Official sources: Genesis 11, Third Apocalypse of Baruch (height)
Unofficial sources:

Building Name: Biblical Tower of Babel (Baruch)
City: Babylon
Country: Iraq
Architect: Nimrod
Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): Narrative found in Genesis 11:1 and according to it was built by a united human race in order to make a name for themselves. Construction on the tower ceased when God confused the language of the builders. The tower is often artistically depicted as having a spiralling ramp going up it, presumably as a ramp for builders to move materials up, such as was the case with the great pyramids in Egypt. At the height listed in the Third Apocalypse of Baruch the tower would be the tallest structure built in human history until the construction of the Eiffel Tower in 1889.
