Here's another one missing from the Proposals subforum. This was first announced late last year.
Once again, thanks to Urbantoronto for the renders and info.

Proposal for 5 mixed-use towers comprised of 2,701 residential units having a residential gross floor area of 216,162.40 m², 60,704 m² of non-residential GFA, approximately 1,000 m² of community space, and approximately 2 hectares (50% of the site) of open space.

The movie theatre in this complex, run under the Famous Players name, has closed after 35 years of service. It's a loss for the community...but I can't be surprised it's gone due to this pandemic.

Scotiabank and BMO both have new branches nearby (the latter bank techically is reopening a branch a little north), so I figure they won't exactly be too burdened by the closure of the complex.

As for actual news on the proposal, I'm waiting just like others. I don't agree with demolishing the two office buildings on Yonge, but that's just my opinion.

In a more recent submission, the northeast office tower on site is now being retained, but we're still going to see the one south of it torn down.
For context, this is the tower to be lost, and you can see the one to the north in the distance:
