Anyone know if WAM on 10th is U/C yet? Hard to tell until there is a crane.
I thought the crane was up there?

If it is, I will add it to the list. Funny, I walk by there every day, but I am always looking up at Mark and forget to look at WAM.

Sarina Homes project in Inglewood is U/C, it has reached ground level. I believe it is only 19 units, I'm not sure if it's worth adding to the list, just figured I'd mention it.

Thanks. I am going to try and keep the list to 40 units+. Very arbitrary number, but have to cut it off somewhere.

Alright everyone, let's try and update this thread. Everyone take a look at the first page and see if there are any updates needed.

Proposed in Mission: Scollen House, 52 units.

Edit: You can also add Strategic's "ONE" project to the Beltline section, 227 rental units proposed

And i.d. in Inglewood, but that only has 19 units.

Aura I is complete, but Smith and Lido are still holes in the ground.

Correct....my bad, I was thinking of the Pixel.

I found some info on some other units.

V & V - 82 units
BCIMC (New Generation) - 218 units (I got this from its thread)
Torode Inglewood - 54 units

One to add to Eau Claire?
Parkside - 302 units

Parkside is 361 units including the phase they launched this spring. Just got an email saying 335 out of 361 units sold. You'd think at 93% sold they'd be u/c by now but i suppose it's the same situation as Verve unfortunately. Using site as a staging area until u/c tower complete.

This census should see minimal Beltline growth with only Alura and Aura 1 hitting the market, should push the Beltline to about 22k.

Going forward, 3,375 units u/c in the Beltline * 1.4 per household = 4,725 new residents, minus vacancy allowance of 10% = ~4,250 new residents which should easily push the Beltline population above 26k over the next few years.

Then we have a good couple dozen tower proposals in the works that should easily push the Beltline above 30k over the midterm.
