Another proposal for booming downtown St. Pete, this a surface lot owned by a church that was announced in 2019. Expectations are to secure financing this year with groundbreaking early in 2022.
The proposal currently goes with 40k sq ft office space, 110 hotel rooms, & 165 apartments. Given the true mixed-use makeup of the development, it shouldn't be hard to get this going next year.
