Doesn't mean I'm enthused by any of that. The Derksen family has been through a lot already.

God bless them, they are so strong, for what they endured.

At any rate, Mark Grant is the killer. He got off on a technicality.

What is the difference. How is Candace Derkson's murder not unprovoked?

Whether or not the guy got off on a technicality, they still don't know anything about the crime itself. The guy never testified, so your guess is as good as mine.

And either way, you are just proving my point. Unprovoked attacks are exceedingly rare.

Thanks for proving my point. Your naivety is shining through. Keep your head buried in the snow and ice. Perhaps you need to spend time outside of Winnipeg to see how badly the city is perceived. This unfortunate incident is another black eye for the city. And it's not the first. There was there stabbing of another Ukrainian refugee at the Forks in July 2022.

Wabbly's vision of more liquor stores and casinos is quite the economic development strategy for the city and province.

The stabbing at the forks and this does not help Winnipeg at all.

It's CBC's low bandwidth website, that allows users with limited data plan to surf the web.

I apologise if I seemed confrontational a couple of days ago. I have insomnia, and was on a liberal amount of sleeping pills when I was posting. I still could not sleep...
