It's definitely more of an office building design then a typical condo.

Pinnacle One Yonge | 312.5m | 95s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Nothing crazy exciting yet but the substructure is starting to take shape here.

I don't think pictures do it justice. It's a massive structure.

Great pics!
The side angle on those towers look great... and they're only half way to being topped out. can't wait to see these once they're twice as high.

They aren't in the top 10, they are #21 and 22.

It's hilarious that nobody actually wants to ive in these overpriced rabbit hutches yet we keep.building these abominations that people overwhelmingly hate.
I guess max developer profit is worshipped over all other needs.

Few people would actually chose to live in these flippable commodities but hey, where else they gonna go?
They work in a cubicle, they live in a cubicle.
At least they don't have to drive 2 hours to their cubicle.

Although.. I don't think people want to go back to their cubicles..

Years away. It's been a very slow pace since demolition began. Being at one of the busiest intersections and having no storage area is a big part of it.

The glass installation is peculiar. Is it because of the slow pace of construction/delays and have a binding delivery date? We've never seen retail open with 3/4 of the height left to build.

Perhaps they want an inclosed space for construction crews and storage during construction?? And ya it is a few years away but that's not a slow rise at all if you consider how long a 500ft tower can take. Since this is steel frame it should start to pick up steam as we pass the hotel roof section.

4. 160 Front (Toronto): 240m / 787ft

I took these yesterday, frankly this is the first time I've genuinely felt excited to see a building rise...steel construction is really something else. I have about 20 images of this project from the day, so I'll only post a couple:

EDIT: I didn't realize the first phase of the Bay Park towers was taken off the list. I'll put that update of said project in it's own thread.

I don't recall CIBC Square being among those that were upgraded to completed.

I don't know why you guys are thinking that. It's already reaching past it's 7th floor in height which are the floors that also reach south in the hotel and ammenities portion. As soon as they wrap up these levels it should speed up vastly. I bet by late September they start averaging a 1-2 floors a week except at mechanical levels.
