I forgot to mention too that two thirds or more of the units view a balcony railing without a practical balcony to use. There's not even standing room

I agree with the both of you. It's very suiting that Roger's real estate arm is developing this complex, as it feels like a cold, overbearing set of buildings. The podium is a let down completely, and a strange mixture of textures and colours.

The biggest disappointment are the podiums with the same average window wall cladding and seaform balconies
The uneven floor heights are only highlighted by the balconies on the podium. It's quite an eyesore all around.

Yesterday, from my camera

14. M City M2 - / Mississauga ON/ 61 Floors / / 201 meters
17. M City – M1 - / Mississauga ON / 197.8 / 60 floors

These were taken about 7 kilometres away atop the Centennial Park hill, (the buildings are nearly topped out)

Great Sauga' skyline shot! Can't wait to see it in a couple of years time when M3 and the Exchange district are topped out.

Too bad it's so hazy but, that's Toronto. This compression of MCC is a leg up on Metrotown

the haze around the greater Toronto area is annoying for sure. Just wait until the exchange district, remaining two edge towers, and the square one district towers are completed.. that compression will be that much more impressive. Mississauga does have an impressive skyline for a suburban city.

Thanks! I await that time and look forward to revisiting the area later on, preferably a clear day.

M3 is actually jsut now above grade, but I didn't grab a photo unfortunately. I'll update those projects at some point when I have time to get down there for aday or two.

This story mentions a new office tower opening in Vancouver, “Vancouver Centre II” (33 storeys) but I don’t see this tower in the Vancouver database or diagram ?

It's 753 Seymour Street in the database and diagrams.

At least the haze is just humidity now. I remember hot humid summers used to equal smog warnings.

Amazing updates. Impressive looking buildings, which are not flashy like what you see in Vancouver, but are still somewhat noble in apperance. National Bank is bulky AF but not quite Bow-calibre.

National bank gives me the New RBC tower in Toronto vibes next to the Ritz. And Maestria, even they are just simple rectangles give me a Telus Tower in Calgary vibe from that angle.
