Drove by today and this looks like ass so far. Unless I'm mistaken and it's some sort of base layer being applied first, it looks like the first couple of floors are shitty white/black stucco panels like we've seen downtown recently.
The design of the first two floors looks the same so far --eg. that large space on the bottom right, but the material does not match that faux tile look at all (again, unless it's something that the faux tile will be added to after).
So far this is shaping up to be the most hideous new build in quite some time. It has a jail look to it and makes the Centurian One beside it look gorgeous. It is nothing like the old render at all with terrible street presence and acts like a giant middle finger to the heritage old town hall directly across the street.
Things are moving quickly on the Centurion #Passivehouse apartments! The 9-storey development is constructed using #totalprecast panels and preinstalled windows
