Two years for sea wall remediation before foundations can go in by the sounds of it.

With the pedway system being connected from Market Square to Fundy Quay i'm assuming the section nearest to Loyalist Square will be the commercial/retail section, unless they plan on doing mixed-use throughout the entire Water Street, east-side of the development. Would be interesting to have Loyalist Square with patios on both the Market Square and Fundy Quay sides.

Can't say much without renders and designs at this stage.
