This one appears to be in full swing! Lot's of rebar onsite and it looks like some pier/pylons (whatever you call them) have been poured with concrete. Does this count as U/C?

Crane pieces are arriving on site for the installation scheduled for today. Let's see if the weather affects the schedule.

Looks like crane assembly was understandably paused Tuesday and Wednesday. They resumed yesterday and it should be complete by today by the looks of things on the Modern webcam.

Don't think I caught the overhang. That's a pretty nice little feature to make this a little more than "glass box on grey podium".

I think the garage most certainly is. I can't tell about the tower portion...could be a white-ish paint?

It looks like the garage is a mix, with brick masonry facing Rainey St. and raw cement shielding the garage on the other 3 sides. That matches with the elevations up above too - looks like there was a little bit of cost cutting.

Anyone know the status of this one? It’s hard to tell on the Modern webcam. Also, it’s surprising I had to venture into the depths of Page 2 to find this project.

Looks like it's still mostly excavation work which takes the longest. The crane is installed which I assume is a good thing.

If you hit "play" triangle button on the Modern cam it zooms out and the Paseo site becomes visible, albeit in crappy resolution.
It looks buzzing with activity.
