Between working from home and minding the children there has not been a ton of extra time. When I'm not doing those things there is always some task or household chore that needs doing, and if not that then procrastinating with ssp or twitter
I have not watched a single movie or read a single book during the quarantine so far... as much as I'd like to, there's just no way. By the time the kids get to bed there's too much stuff to do. Then around 10 pm I usually sit down on the couch with the Mrs. for a nightcap and just talk about what's going on, what needs doing, etc., maybe watch something on TV. That hour is the most relaxing part of the day by far.
I was running on the regular for the first month and a half but that has dropped off a bit... it's tough to keep ducking into the basement to run on the treadmill while my wife gets stuck juggling kids and her job.
I suppose that on the whole I don't find that I have any extra time on my hands as a result of all this.
