Stalled Projects

a few come to mind. Feel free to update.

FOC...slow burn on this one as the Blue Jays start in their renovated Rogers Centre.

Main W and Longwood..??

Stonechurch and Upper James.

Many of these projects were imagined many years ago. Since Q4 2018 the BCPI has risen about 50%.

Anyone heard about 80 John St N since it went to the DRP, what, 2 years ago?

https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/sho....php?p=9409139

It's a rental building so things may still be happening.. but there hasn't been any new public information in 2 years now basically.

Maybe not officially. But they've delayed it now twice. Something is going on behind the scenes that isn't good. Probably financing.

Probably easier to keep track of the projects that aren't stalled...

Which is like the rest of the forum. Not sure why formers here obsess over increasingly precise threads... Like are we going to have a stalled project thread only for projects that planned to be blue? There's like 20 active users in the Hamilton section.... With 1,755 threads...
