I sure hope this project is a go! I wish for more height though. I would love to see Broad lined with substantial buildings all the way to Washington Ave. But I'll still take this.
And still waiting on Goldenberg to do something with the old health center next to Symphony House...they love to sit on land.
The townhomes at Broad & Fitzwater are beautiful, but they belong somewhere else. And I agree, $2M to live at that corner is questionable. If those same homes were on any quiet block in the Rittenhouse area, I would buy one right away (if I could afford one
