There's a link where the case number is.

But this is what it says on the info sheet;

PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION: An addition to the existing building will be undertaken and the building
will be for retail/office uses. The owner proposes to open an office which deals with the fitting of
assistive devices to primarily seniors.

EDIT: As a side note I think instead of cluttering the forum with these threads I'll just combine them into one big thread and just continually update it like the Compilation Thread.
