I really hope it is near 18th-20th on Lincoln. That would definitely make the biggest impact on the skyline, especially if the building had night illumination at the top.

Honestly, I don't really care where it gets built. Even if it is on an odd corner. Other buildings will eventually pop up around it.

BCP - I thought those were the buildings on 14th st?

They are, Aaron. That comparison pic was from a few days ago when we were speculating that the Lincoln Park project was the same as the one on 14th. But bcp posted it because at this point, it's the only pic of the Lincoln Park project that's been posted.

This is such another great anouncement.......... it looks like in the next couple of years we could have four seasons, glass house, pinnacle, the 14th street towers, and now this! Thats 6 new towers all over 20 stories............. :carrot:

I found this building permit at denvergov.org:

100 E 20TH AVE - 20TH & WELTON SALES CENTER - MGMNT OFFICE FOR BUILDING - MODIFIED A/S PLANS TO 2005

My hunch may be correct!!

Speaking of sales centers. The Pinnacle at City Park now has a fancy looking sales center. I was going to check it out yesterday after work but I think they were closed. I want to get a better rendering!!

Very nice... Something to go along with poor 1999 Broadway. Excellent news!

I passed by the possible sales office for One Lincoln Park and I noticed a sign from Buchanan Yonushewski hanging on the front of the 1 story building. I wonder if BYG will be or has been involved in the design of the tower itself.

Anyone have any inside sources??

Probably, since BYG is kind of a large group to be simply renovating a one story building....
