The site plan was posted today to the city's website and we got our first look at the building elevations showing the height.

Previously, we had seen a stacking plan with some heights listed, but that didn't include the mechanical penthouse, and they also added some floors. It's an apartment tower with restaurant space.

These were the previous renderings we'd seen. The design doesn't seem to be too different from this, just slightly taller.
