It's expected to be completed in mid-2024.
The project will rise on the one-acre site at 307 S.W. Fifth St., in the Tarpon River Design and Entertainment District (TREDD).

Rivr Lofts will have 352 units, including 176 studios, 154 one-bedroom units and 22 two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a pool, a gym, a yoga studio, a party room and a game room.
After consulting with the Tarpon River Civic Association, the developer will donate a plot of land worth $2 million for a community park.
CUBE 3 - Architect
Based on the 2019 DRC filing, this looks to have 373 Parking Spaces, of course, that was for its 368 Units but it looks to have decreased in unit count.

Lobby space is located on the bottom floor, with parking then residential above.

The developers describe the lot as: A 58,000-SF land assemblage in Downtown Fort Lauderdale on SW 3rd Ave between 4th and 5th St.
