Looks great; but a tad short; I'm thinking at 600' it should be about the height of DiBona Tower but it looks nice

Correction. It's 470 feet. I'll share more soon.

As long as it clears 400’, I’m sold.

Geesh. With all of the negative outlook about downtowns lately, Philly seems transcending beyond that. Not to say there aren’t issues, but I’m not sure what can stop the momentum at this point.

It has similar characteristics as the CHOP University City tower. Love it. And I think it is a very appropriate height for the location. I'd love to see us build taller, but this would not be my top location choice for a supertall. Based on the renderings, this seems like the right proportions for the location.

Love the renders. Will easily be one of my favorite Philly buildings if they pull it off.

Nitpick: Wish the curves were true curves.

disappointed this won't reach 600ft. Philly won't get ahead on the skyline scene with a few 500 footers here and there. That being said, a very nice looking design.

The Alexander is only 370 feet tall, so the rendering is a little off, if this building (which looks stunning) is really 470 feet tall. Also love how the facade's metal appears to blend into the Basilica.

Actually, from a pure skyline perspective, this will certainly contribute towards shifting the weight of the skyline north, especially when viewed from the west.

Stunning! Really wish that the new Penn Pavilion did something like this...still incorporating the brown/copper tones of the adjacent Penn Campus and Penn Museum...but still making it look sleek.

I'm very hype for this!

I think it's actually that their rendering of the Alexander is off, but yeah, this may show a tad short as well. If you read through the PDF, it's 470 feet tall:

In my opinion, this trend actually seems to be creating a dynamic and more visually appealing skyline with having the Comcast and Liberty towers framed as centerpieces. Was in NYC a few weeks ago. I keep trying to sell myself on the supertall needles along Central Park but there’s something about the arrangement that seems off - none of them really stand out.
