Are they also going to demo the smaller buildings fronting the highway as well?

That was in the original plans. I don't think anything changed other than they may be in use for longer than originally planned due to the change to piecemeal development of the campus.

Yeah, some of the buildings that housed hospital operations are now dealing with other medical stuff. My mom had breast cancer treatment and surgery last year, and one of the offices we went to was one of those buildings along I-35. She's ok, they got it all and she's doing well. There are even some older buildings going back to the 30s. I'm not sure what it's used for, but it's sandwiched between the parking garage and chiller.

Ok, as much as I hate the hipster, youngin phrase "low-key," I low-key LOVE this one and it's underrated. Nice new tower and it looks really prominent with nothing that height even close to it. Also, nice how it's close to a (Waterloo?) park.
