I noticed at first how bad the elevations were. They were "blacked out" presumably with the way it was photocopied, but after I reopened the file after I saved it, they showed up more clearly and brighter.
The elevations show it as 503 feet 8 inches tall, but there's an alley on the building's south side between it and the Hotel ZaZa that drops down another 5 feet. So, rounding up the 503 feet 8 inches to the next foot gives you 504 feet, plus the extra 5 feet that the alley dips, and you get 509 feet.
The 45th and 44th floors are amenity levels. The highest residential level is the 43rd floor.
The elevations seem to show the design is pretty close to those preliminary renderings we saw. The tallest point on the tower faces south, which means it'll be a skyline changer from certain angles when viewed from the south.
