Yes,but you have to add 1’ to each residential level which is not shown on the plans.

Cool perspective, but I think from a few weeks ago, as there seems to be more glass on the upper portion now.

I had a Sigur Ros song that peaked when 6x came in view but somehow it did not load.

It'll soon go away. Whatever ends up at on the Avenue Lofts block will almost surely block it completely.

The Westin is a lot like the Van Zandt on Rainey -- a quaint relic of yesteryear, soon to be swallowed up by much taller towers.

True, except the Van Zandt looks much better. Though if only they'd kept the black brick facade going all the way up, instead of transitioning to stucco....

Truly an imposing building from the street level. Driving down 5th, it almost disappears on a clear blue sky day as the glass nearly perfectly matches the tone of the sky.

Very excited to see this one complete

Probably not the best feature of your city's tallest and why I complain about blue glass 99% of the time on here now

Joking aside, it is looking yuuuuuuge. I can't wait to see that frosted strip lit up

Right there with you. I'm so tired of blue glass (and stacked boxes).

Looking at the webcam, are they going to raise the crane again or is that as high as it will get?

The top height approved by the FAA is 925'. So it has a ways to go.

So, at 925' we can imagine a 10-story building (~100') on top of the crane and get an idea of the height of 98 Red River.

Or just imagine the overall height of the BOA Plaza, which is Dallas tallest tower with an extra 4ft too spare.
