Not to get too deep in the weeds but Bijan has a NIL deal with Raising Cane's and he's hosting Addison on an OV.....Hook 'em.

For whatever it’s worth, this may be a good cam to check progress on the tower once they begin. At least until it gets it’s own webcam.

I've lost track. Do they have building permits in hand?

(I see ROW closure permit and site plan permit, but not sure about building permits.)

They have both active and pending permits for the foundation and underground levels.

It looks like barricades are being delivered to the site today. I don't know what else those could be.

The street closures for construction on Cesar Chavez and Red River were put in place overnight.

Based on the activity happening today, it looks like the surface lot where the constructions offices are is closing for parking.

LOL. That is definitely a tent for the golden shovel people. It seems they could at least do the groundbreaking ceremony in the real dirt on the actual site.

Are you all sure that the tent isn't for some sort function of the coin base conference ("Concensus" or something like that) happening this coming weekend @ the convention center?
