Featuring outstanding views of downtown Cleveland, the lake and the Cuyahoga River, “The Viaduct” is comprised of 6 levels of parking, 19 residential floors, and two sky-lounge levels reserved for amenities including fitness facilities, resident lounge areas, and an outdoor deck and pool.

while it may be a proposal for now, this one is pretty certain to get built.

its a great site along whats left of the grand old viaduct — aka cleveland’s highline.

i wouldn’t be surprized if they hoop something back over the river off of it someday.
