Hi, I am looking at purchasing a condo unit in Brentwood for summer move-in. This is one option. What does everyone believe is the going rate for PPSF. I know it's not cheap but any insight would be appreciated.

It’s for the bus stop, much stronger than asphalt that tends to distort with deep ruts with the hard braking and acceleration of the heavy buses.

I'm pretty sure Translink's current policy is "no bus turnouts" if that's what you mean. Otherwise, this development is only graced by the 28 and the 129 (and I suppose the N9) so I don't think there's going to be any exchange here for the time being.

I still think Gilmore is the best option for a Purple Line exchange though!

I drove past today and that area at the skytrain entrance is now all bricked in and it looks really good, before it was all patchy grass and mud.

If the earliest move ins are June 15th, then saying "move-in Spring 2024" is technically correct, but they sure cut it close ordering that banner.
