St. Jude and Southern College of Optometry reveal apartment projects
"ALSAC senior counsel Kelly Rayne told the Memphis & Shelby County Board of Adjustment Wednesday, Sept. 25, that her organization was reviewing RFP responses for the
construction of apartments above first-floor retail at both the northwest and southwest corners of Overton Avenue and Second Street."
"The SCO project, which would be developed Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, is set to appear at the Board of Adjustment's October meeting, so it's application was released on Wednesday.
With that project,
a mixed-use building with 108 apartments would replace the surface parking lot that runs on the north side of Madison Avenue, from Claybrook Street to Montgomery Street."
