I like the density (724 units!), but the design is pretty underwhelming

That's what happens with pre-cast panels; more expensive, but good trade-off is that they can be installed very very quickly.

If the facade is formed concrete does that count as structural? Theoretically this building is a structural hoss.

Being able to lease an apartment after only a few months of construction is a game changer. If costs in the US became comparable to standard construction methods, would we see a rapid shift to pre-cast? Or would it be a gradual transition due to pushback/skepticism?
