Flood Sustainable Existing Buildings

First of all, Hello to all I am new to this forum even though I have been looking up articles since long time ago.

Can you please take 2 minutes of your time and fill in my survey for my dissertation. The topic focuses on retrofitting existing buildings in London that are prone to flooding from the river Thames tidal surges and rising sea levels. I am looking at environmental, economics and social factor in choosing whether to refurbish existing buildings that do not meet the standards for a flood resilient building or to demolish/rebuild. So all am asking is for your opinion on the questions.

Please don’t mind the demographics questions, since I’m using them to compare the opinions of different types of people, since London accommodates different demographics, I am looking at into where in particular would people prefer one method over the other.
