Agree.

South Tower is slowly but surely moving along.

I hope some of the other nearby towers come to life.

Not sure how many lot's are feasible these days, but lining the Schuylkill with buildings in the ~300ft range would be such a nice touch. Especially if they turn our anywhere near as well as these two. Legitimately two fantastic looking towers

Inhabitants!

Just stopped past the Giant supermarket and was surprised to see that the unfinished tower is full of inhabitants. Complete with beds, lamps, drapes and real human beings watching their 75 inch flat screens. You can see them from Giant's huge floor to ceilings windows facing the second tower. Didn't expect that....

^ The first (north) tower looks really lit up in the recent picture, appears to be near full occupancy. I'm sure PMC is happy, hopefully they start their next project soon.

Makes me think the slow progress on the south tower is due to delays in materials arriving.

^^^ Great shot! Seems like just yesterday that the buildings in that view were a lot more sparse.

Drexel Park's POV doesn't disappoint. My favorite from McGrath is the skyline view with Amtrak in the foreground.
