I thought the building would be a bit bigger, but it looks great! Do you know if there will be a warf that they are going to build there? Or will they use the old ones later.

This is looking a bit different than the rendering. The rendering showed a ground level and then 3 full floors of office and what looked like a partial 4th floor of office totaling 5fl.
In the last picture the 5fl looks like it is full size compared to the rest. Am I right or am I just looking at it wrong.

^It is a partial 5th floor. Unfortunately its not noticable from the backside where we normally take the photos. I took these two from the Bedford Waterfront so sorry about the blurry zoom but it does show what I'm talking about;

I wonder if the steel frame floor will be occupied or mechanical?

The Precast looks pretty good, at least it's white.

by me.

If you are facing the building from the upper parking lot and turn 180 degrees this is what you'll look at. Red brick building is one of the townhouse buildings on Princess Margaret Blvd. Last night someone told me that some of these buildings were going to be knocked down as a road extension was needed to get traffic in and out of this new development. Right now it just looks like additional parking. Does anyone know if Princess Margaret is supposed to be lengthened to meet up with Hudson Way and Discovery Dr?

I'm not sure how I feel about the color panels. I'll make a final call when the exterior is done.
