Correction on Height and Floors of The Epic, NYC

Now that this bldg is nearing occupation it time to make some corrections.
Per the NYC DoB the Epic is recorded to be ~196.3m (642ft) and 59 floors.
The COO also shows that there is a 60 and 61 floor that contain mechanicals and the elevator room. I leave it to you as to what floor count should be.
