While the one in Regina is hands down the worst from the developer, this one in Oakville is also pretty bad.

Same goes for this one in Ottawa.

I seriously do not understand how someone thought the mismatched windows looked good.

Here’s a side by side comparison of the two. It appears The Venetian also has mismatched windows (although that’s the least of my problems with it).

I used to think Sunset Grill and Eggsmart were bad. Then I went to Smittys, truly an awful restaurant.

Why are the pictures getting larger? It's creeping me out.

There are some serious contenders for the ugly crown in Regina. For me, this "park" wins for sheer desolation: http://www.tornadolegacy.ca/

One needs to view on Streetview in order to truly appreciate it.

Are the clocktower's on Senior's residences meant to be a daily reminder of the ticking clock? I propose a giant hour glass instead.

The retirement home obsession with "clocktowers" is a curious thing. Its so counter-intuitive. If there were one population cohort who one might expect to want to avoid reminders about the relentless march of time, surely it is "tenants of retirement homes". But alas, the opposite appears to be true.

Almost as cheerful as Hanna's pocket park adjacent to the defaced Legion:

My thoughts exactly. They may as well just have a PA system countdown.

^Haha. I posted the Regina park in a thread for worst public space or something previously. You really need to experience it on street view though.

That Hanna park looks like many I have seen across Saskatchewan in the small towns.
