I though that it would be interesting to wrap-up all the ongoing and future projects of Klaipeda in one thread, to sum up, how Klaipeda is developing at the moment, and what is waiting in the future.

Firstly, the u/c one`s, in no particular order:
"Gandraliskes" - probably the best known project to you all.
First 34fl. tower is already built, another 40-50fl. is proposed and waiting for it`s turn.
"Dragunu" res. quarter, two towers, 19 & 24fl, the smaller one is already u/c.
"Riverside"
"Manto namai"
"Juros vartai"
"Klaipedos bure"
"Aukstoji smelte" - 20fl. res.
"Minijos banga" - 20fl. res.
Vite business centre
18fl. res.
"Neapolis" business centre
"BIG2"
And here`s what`s planned for the near future...
"Memelio miestas"
"YIT KAUSTA" project in the southern part of Klaipeda, towers up to 23fl.
"Helios" - two towers up to 117 meters.
25fl. tower in Birutes st.
"Grandus" - 20fl. office tower.

And there`s much more projects proposed, although, we don`t know how much of them is real..
