I'd go for #3 , these twisting towers are a bit too popular lately

umm... I have an idea, I would show both towers with details but I don't want to ruin the surprise. Well I can build the two towers just one in a different location. Which one looks better in this location for now though?

I like number 2. It looks bold, rich and powerful.

Well number two doesn't seem to get much attention. Also the first one spins but it shortens as it rises and at the top there is a hole with a hanging observation deck. Number two has a private club in the last 4 floors, in between each section there is a 3 story green house, and the 6 sections (including the base) have offices, a hotel, and residences. The final design will be announced tonight.

I like number 2, except for the crown. It looks... incomplete. (No offense, I'm just trying to help. )

Great job on all of them!

Well I have a better design than all three. It's a 3 "legged" tower (like the Burj Dubai) but it's too complecated to make in Sketchup so I didn't make it. The tower I talk about has a nearly 250 foot wide sphere at the top which would have neon lighting in the shape of the continents. But it is way too hard.
Here is a picture:

Sorry, the picture is kind of crappy but hopefully you can imagine it. I took it with my cell phone not my camera so it would upload faster. The thin outline next to the tower represents the Columbia Tower here in Seattle which is 935 feet tall and compared to this proposal it would be almost half the size. P.S. This tower looks like the World Tower in Dubai, weird enough I thought about calling this the world tower. Sorry if I seem like a biter but I'm not, I made this tower like a week before the final design for the World Tower in Dubai

Remember that sometimes the design most people like is the one that isn't chosen. It is up to the company (EM) to choose a building which they know will be a hit by the ignorant people who do not know good architecture. The tower has to be economical, energy efficient, blah blah blah.

Very nice design. Reminds me much of the Burj Al Alam be constructed (or proposed) in Dubai.

Nice drawing!

I was gonna say what fox said, that the 2nd looks incomplete at the top. I would go for number 3.

The Ritz is now at almost 20 (or is it over?) floors. And the Hilton Towers are over 5 floors each.

The final design has been chosen by EM and will start construction soon. Here is the final design.

It was chosen because many people like "twisting" towers, and the percentage of the square footage maximum for a building like this is maximized. Also because the highest public floor in the building is an observation deck hanging from the sealing of the hole at the top which people will want to visit and is expected to be a hit.

A small hint for what's about to come.
