The crane and core (if you know where to look) are now visible from the 7th floor of Alter Hall (Temple's Fox School of Business). I can't wait until this thing surpasses the RATR!

Walking over the South Street Bridge; I just sat the crane and what might be the very top of this building rising from the mass of buildings. It seems this building is just beginning to make an impact in the skyline now.

I can't really gage how much of an impact it will have from this angle.

I wonder what the night time lighting scheme will be with respect to the rest of the skyline.

Nice perspective.

This building is really taking off; it seems that the higher it gets the faster it climbs. At this rate I wonder if it will equal or pass the Residence at the Ritz.

^ Not "if," but "when." It will rise a bit above the Residences at the Ritz.

It's not crazy to think that this building will be topped off by Christmas.

I count 28 floors? At the current 2 floors every 10 days pace, we’re about 4 months out from top out. Even if it was 2 floors a week, we’re looking at 11.5 weeks - so a little less than 3 months out. Disclaimer: this was just guesstimation, not a concrete answer. Pun unintentional.

This project has taken a life of it's own! Can't wait until the completed product becomes a reality! After years of bickering between the two owners, we'll finally have another major high rise that's befitting the city (minus the CITC)!

Great shots Mr Saturn64!!

I enjoyed seeing The Alexander, and Comcast Building photos, as well.

In the last photo,

I was just wondering? Can you see thisisforreal from there?

Do you wave to each other?

Interesting perspective as it makes the W look shorter than my building, when it reality it has surpassed it.

There's my office btw:

Thank you. And no, that's actually from One Liberty Observation Deck. It does, however, appear to be quickly approaching thisisforreal's office.
