Pics of Historic Mansions and Blossoming Pear Trees on Harrison Boulevard, Boise

Boise's Northend District, March 28, random pics of the lower half of Harrison Boulevard which is 6 blocks from my home. I had my camera with me to take some photos of the pear trees and ultimately shot more pics than I intended too. It is kind of awkward taking pics of homes which people might be looking out of and towards me on the sidewalk This Boulevard is lengthy so the pics are a sampling of some of the homes on the lower half.

Have you also learned that secret from the river; that there is no such thing as time? That the river is everywhere at the same time, at the source and at the mouth, at the waterfall, at the ferry, at the current, in the ocean and in the mountains.-Hermann Hesse

Boise literally explodes with color in Spring. This is just the beginning.

Thanks for more enjoyable pics. Boise is a medium size city but on a grande scale.

I know the feeling. I have a list of over 2,200 historical buildings/sites in Texas that I'm photographing and many are homes. I've had a couple of old(er) ladies ask what I was doing; once I told them they said ok and were willing to answer any questions I had.

Nice pictures. I was in Boise in June '05...first visit and it was a great town. Unfortunately Continental doesn't fly there anymore so getting back will be more difficult.

Great pics of these fine homes. I've always enjoyed a walk up Harrison.
