Ha, I figured you'd like that shot HomeInMyShoes!

What three highrises are these? I like that middle one.

^If I'm not totally mistaken those three buildings are over by Saint Louis University. I'm thinking they are the three buildings on the North side of the street around the corner of Lindell and McPherson.

I think you can check out almost exactly where Jive was standing if you use Google Earth and go to the following coordinates:

38 degrees 38' 15.25" N
90 degrees 14' 16.51" W

^I actually lived in the middle building for about 4 months while my current apartment was being renovated. The building on the right is the Coronado, once a grand hotel, now an apartment building. The two on the left are Lindell Towers East & West, both apartment buildings. This neighborhood is known as Midtown, and yes, Saint Louis University's main campus is across the street.

This looks like a couple of 'hoods I've seen in Toledo and Detroit. Cool catch.

Nice to see these again. St. Louis has sooooo many classy old apartment buildings. Maybe we should all move there. Fun to see some of those people pics again too.

We haven't seen much from Jive lately. What's the hold up mangs!? When the flowers start popping out on the trees, I hope you're outside taking photos.

i'm going to schedule a "ride-along" during one of your photo-gathering expeditions. i assume that's the best way to see STL.

The STL reminder threads are always a treat. I still absolutely dig those south side gingerbreads.
